Golden Sun Resort - Adults Only - Kalamaki (Zakynthos)

The picturesque outdoor gardens and inviting pool area were perfect. We loved the all-inclusive dining with a good variety without overwhelming us. Plus, it's just a quick walk to the beach or the lively town center.

The only downside was that the evening entertainment options could use a serious boost, as there wasn't much going on after dinner.

Free parking onsite provided. Excellent staff, good sized rooms with a four poster bed, clean towels, as example.

Setting was perfect and excellent, I did not want to leave there.

Everything was fantastic, so were magnificent views of the gardens and sea. The room was extremely pleasant and brand-new with comfortable beds and a kettle and an iron etc. Pool bar was fantastic and reasonably priced. The hotel met the purpose, I would go back in flash.

The pool area was inviting, and I enjoyed the cafe offering a good variety of snacks and drinks. The main restaurant provided an excellent selection of hot and cold food, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful.

The aircraft noise could be bothersome.

The private pool was the absolute highlight! Staff were super friendly, and the room was clean & comfy. Food at breakfast got a bit repetitive after a week, but overall a lovely stay. 😄

I loved that the hotel was just a few minutes' walk to the beautiful beach and very close to the lively town center where you can explore local tavernas and fun bars, a perfect base for my weekend city strolls and sightseeing adventures.

We loved the spacious double room with our private pool! The comfortable sunbeds were a highlight, and the room was immaculate. The staff were really good, preparing a special honeymoon gift for us and suggesting amazing local spots to explore. The breakfast selection was good, with fresh juice and gluten-free options available!

The spacious double room with a private pool stood out for its cleanliness and comfort. Every morning included a selection of traditional food that was both fresh and satisfying, complemented by attentive staff who were always accommodating. The bathroom's sink location was inconvenient, and there was limited storage space in the room. The wasps around the pool bar were quite bothersome .

Can just recommend for a lightning trip

Friendly staff, lovely location, the hotel was a short walk from the beach and numerous restaurants, making it a great base for exploring the area.

The staff were genuinely friendly . Our double room with a private pool was a true retreat, offering both comfort and privacy. The proximity to the beach made it easy to enjoy the fine views and refreshing waves.

The room lacked sufficient storage space, challenging to keep everything organized.

It was just an optimal selection for a swift stopover in Kalamaki (Zakynthos) with value for money. The entertainment team really made our stay enjoyable, keeping everyone engaged and active with fun games. Bring your own cups for the pool area as the plastic ones aren't the best choice.

This venue is conveniently located close to a stunning sandy beach with clear, warm water, as well as the main restaurant and several charming bars nearby.

The location of the resort is fantastic, very close to the airport runway, a supermarket, and the lovely beach. the staff were extremely helpful. - the room we stayed in was pleasant and brand-new with a lovely bathroom, which was a big plus. - the service at the resort was terrific. - the onsite parking was convenient. - the food at the authentic restaurant was tasty. - Overall, we have stayed here many times and would go back in a flash.
